My account

How to create a customer account?

Juste visit the tab "Sign-in" tab, click "Create account" at the bottom of the page, and just fill in the form.

How to reset your password?

To reset your password, click the "Sign-in" button, then click the "Forgotten password" link at the bottom of the page.

How to update your delivery or billing address?

To update your addresses, make sure you're signed-in, then visit the "My account" button, then on the "Address" tab, you can here update all your addresses.

Search

What parts are available?

To satisfy everyone's need, we sell different types of industrial components such as : Transformers and alimentations, batteries and chargers, connecters, passives components, semi-conductors, fuses, circuit breakers, relays, testing and measurement tools, and also electrical tools for soldering and brazing.

How to search by reference?

You can search for parts by their manufacturer reference, for it juste type the reference in the search bar.

What is the BOM Tool?

To ease your research, we set-up a tool so you can import your BOM and easily find all your references on a single page easily.

What if a part is not found on the website?

In case of a missing reference, do not hesitate to send us an inquiry through our request form, that you can find through the button "I need..." in the toolbar menu.

Order Informations

How to place an order?

To place an order, start by selecting your parts in your cart, along with the desired quantities. When you validate you cart, just follow the 3 steps on the checkout page and your order will be handled after that.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum needed to order on the platform.

How to track and view the history of orders?

To check the status of your order, make sure you're logged in, the visit the tab "Orders" under the button "My account" in the toolbar.

How works the returns & refunds?

In the eventuality of a non-compliance of the order, please submit a report detailling the dysfunctionning encountered. We will then study your report, and we will send you a return letter to return the parts. You may be elligible for a refund if the dysfunction is verified.

Payment

What are the accepted payments methods?

For now, the only payment mode is a credit card. A mode to purchase through a company account and with bank transfers will progressively be adopted. Please feel free to contact us is you need to open a credit account with us.

How to update a payment method?

You can review and update your payment methods through the button "My account", under the tab "Payments".

My payment method was refused

In case of a rejected credit card, an error will occured and you will be able to retry the order with a different payment method.

Delivery

How does same day delivery works?

To receive a part selled by our ditributor partner, please order before 14:00.

Can I get shipping notification?

You will be notified through your e-mail address of the tracking number of your order when it will be ready your shipping. Then, you'll be able to follow your package with the shipping company.

What is the delivery time? The delivery time depends of the origin of the parts :
  • If you ordered parts from our distributor partner, you will be delivered under 24 to 48h.
  • If you ordered from industrials, the delivery will be done in 5 to 10 days.
